1) The Planning Function
Prioritizes continuity planning as a follow-up program for the stability of teaching and learning in schools. Planning is a moving target from the current place to a place in the future as a process that describes efforts to increase cooperation to develop the organization as a whole. Plans were made before an activity is done. Banghart and Trull (1973) argues that "educational planning is first of all a rational process". Planning includes activities to establish what do you want to achieve, how to achieve it, how long it takes to achieve it, how much it cost and how many personnel are required. In relating with the planning, the school should make a school development plan which translates into an annual program and the semester program, in which there are activities that are dynamic and appropriated to the needs of the school.

2) The Function of Organizing
Organizing is defined as the activity of the division of tasks on the people involved in the cooperation between schools (Sagala, 2007). Organizing activities to determine who will perform the duties in accordance with the principle of organizing. Organizing will effective if it is exhausted and structured then divides the tasks into sub-sub or organizational components proportionally. Organizing school is the level of ability of headmaster work together with the teachers, staff, and other personal at school. They do all managerial activities to achieve planned results. It is to determine the targets, to determine the structure of the duties, to evaluate the powers and responsibilities, and to determine the functions of each personnel in proportion to the duties and functions that the implementation of tasks in different elements of the organization. Organizing also determines the necessary tools, allocating time, money, and resources proportionately more school.

3) Function of Mobilization
According to Keith Davis (1972) is the ability to persuade people achieve the goals that have been established with passion. Mobilizing in school organization is closely associated with the role and function of the principal in providing motivation to teachers and schools and all components in carrying out the task with enthusiasm and dedication to achieve the expected goals. The main principle in this mobilization is that behavior can be set up, established, or changed with a positive reward system that is controlled carefully. In carrying out the functions of mobilization, the headmaster make a plan/ways to allow teachers, educators and other school personal. They regularly learn how well it has met specific goals that schools can improve the quality of schools.

4) The Function of Coordination
Operational coordination in the work units, people, traffic information, and supervision as effective as possible, everything should be balanced and aligned with the objectives that have been set previously. Coordination implies how to keep tasks that have been divided, done with predetermined rules before, and not to be finished as their feeling. Good coordination will avoid the possibility of duplication in the division of tasks, the struggle for rights and responsibilities, an imbalance in the severity of the job, confusion in performing their duties and responsibilities, etc. Good coordination can also be explained that the working time must be accounted for, ensures clarity of duties and functions of each, to avoid bad communication, all personal school want to hear about what head master of the school and of his colleagues want, so it can direct all the work schools become more effective and efficient and produce quality competitive school.

5) Function of Briefing
To do a briefing is to carried out the goals of school which have been agreed before in the right rule, do not deviate, which in turn can lead to wastage. According to Rifai (1972) operationally can be understood as giving clues to how the tasks to be performed, provide guidance later in order to improve ways of working, to supervise the implementation of the instructions given in order not to deviate from the direction specified, avoid mistakes which are expected to arise in the work, and so on. So it must be done by someone that has leadership skills so that people can carry out their duties well.

6) Function of Control
According to Oteng Sutisna (1983), Controlling is the process by which oversees the administration to see if what happens is in accordance with what is supposed to be happen, otherwise if it is necessary adjustments is made. While Johnson (1973) stated that Controlling is a system that make adjustments to the plan, the deviations system only within the limits that can be tolerated. Supervision is defined as one of the activities to know the realization of personal of the school conduct it and whether the level of achievement of educational goals is related to the desire, then the results of monitoring are used for the improvement of school performance (Sagala, 2007). Supervision and control of school should be made by the head master, the service control study should be performed by supervisors, technical services and supervision of education carried out by educators who are given authority to do so. Through effective oversight, the organization, the implementation of plans, policies, and quality control measures can be implemented better.
